What are your shipping options?
Free self-collection is available from our office at 18B GS Building Lorong Ampas S328779, every Monday to Friday between 11AM to 5PM (excluding Public Holidays). Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our team is still working from home so please drop us email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to let us know when you intend to make the collection and we'll make arrangements. Thanks for your understanding!
For shipping within Singapore: Flat rate of SGD 4 sent via SingPost with tracking
For international shipping within Asia (except Japan): Flat rate of SGD 10 sent via SingPost with tracking
For international shipping to the rest of the world: Flat rate of SGD 12 sent via SingPost with tracking
How long will shipping take?
For self-collection, we'll liaise via email to arrange the collection and further instructions will be provided in the email.
For local shipping, please expect a delivery time of up to 5-8 working days from confirmation of order.
For international shipping, please expect a delivery time of up to 3-4 working weeks, due to COVID-19 limitations.
How can I track my order?
For local delivery within Singapore: Orders will be sent via SingPost's Tracked Package service to your letterbox. SMS notifications from SingPost will be sent to you on the day of delivery and when it has been successfully delivered. 24/7 online tracking is also available via SingPost.com or the SingPost app. Please check that your letterbox is not full to ensure a successful delivery.
For international delivery: Once an order is confirmed, you will be sent order status updates via email. Tracking information will be sent via email when your order is out for delivery.
Are my payment details secure?
We use Shopify Payments for all e-commerce functionality on our site and their secure payment gateway handles all online credit and debit card transactions. We do not have access to any payment details.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges once payment has been made, unless the item is damaged. For enquiries, please write to us at email@example.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
Why do I have to download a third-party app to use your Whatsapp sticker pack?
Currently, Whatsapp requires creators to package their sticker packs in an app that is published in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. After carting out any of our Digital Sticker Packs, the download links that you receive in your order confirmation will prompt you to download a free third-party app called Sticker.ly in order to use our sticker packs on Whatsapp. Please note that we are not affiliated in any way with Sticker.ly and will not be liable for any app-related issues.
